Sveti Filip i Jakov, Turanj, island of Babac, attractive building plot of 3064 m2 with sea view for sale. It is located at the top of the island's main street, 200 m from the beach and port. Recently, the Municipality has organized the cleaning of roads and paths on the island and is implementing a project to install public lighting. The rehabilitation and conservation of the bastion as a part of the once fortified old settlement, which is intended to be presented as part of a rich cultural and historical heritage, has also begun.
