On the slope of the settlement of Šentjungert, next to the mountain path to the mountain Gora and the church of St. Kunigunda, we have for sale a brick, residential weekend with exceptional potential to build according to your own wishes. The building has a net floor area of ​​92.5 m2 (with basement, terrace and attic), or 33 m2 of living space, and is sold together with land of 1.730 m2 (approximately half agricultural and half forest land). In addition to small vines (varieties: Izabela, Jurka) and berries, there are also apple, plum, peach, pear and cherry trees on the property. Special features: Weekend with potential is actually an unfinished story waiting to be written to the end by the new owner. Access by car is possible, but it is more difficult and is organized along the public municipal road to the nearest house, and then along the paved road to the building. Macro location: The mountain house is located just a few meters below the top of the mountain (569 m above sea level), on which stands the church of St. Kunigunda, which was built in the second half of the 14th century.Since there was no mountain outpost on the Savinjska route between Resevna and Gora Oljka, PD Žalec and his mountain group in the Local Community of Galicija decided to rent a cottage that stands a little below the church and convert it into a mountain outpost. The building was completely renovated in 1988, retaining its former appearance. The mountain home was officially opened on October 16, 1988. The home is open on Sundays and holidays. The mountain is a popular excursion spot in the Štajerska region between Celje, Dobrno and Vojnik. Despite the modest height and the partially overgrown top, we can enjoy a beautiful view of central Styria from the top. Views: To the east is a hilly world towards Vojnik, Šentjur and Kozjanska. We can see Konjiška gora, Boč and Donačka gora on the north side, nearby is the settlement Šmartno in Rožna dolina and Šmartinsko lake; in the south, the Savinjska valley with Celje, Petrovče, Žalec and Šempeter on the left bank of the Savinja and Griže and Prebold on the right bank at the foot of the Posavski hills with Malič, Bukovica, Hom, Gozdnik, Mrzlica, Golava, Rečka and Velika planina; to the west is the upper part of the Savinjska dolina towards Braslovče under the foot of the Dobroveljska plateau, and on the north side of the valley is the Ponikovska plateau with Gora Oljka, further west we see Menina, Rogla, Raduha and the peaks of the eastern part of the Savinjska Alps with Ojstrica; on the north side, Paški Kozjak is nearby, and Uršlja gora and Pohorje are behind.
