Kraj, the island of Pašman, for sale properly, dimensions approx. 35 m x 29 m, building land, currently native olive grove, surface area 1029 m2 in an excellent location, only 50 m to the most prestigious sandy island beach "Tratica". The beach is equipped with showers, playgrounds for children and adults, and bars for socializing and fast food. There is a sports and fishing harbor right next to the beach. A few hundred meters to the southeast, a new nautical port with sea and land connections is being built alongside the existing small shipyard and ship service. From Tratice beach to the northwest is a Franciscan monastery from the 14th century, in front of which is another port.

The village of Kraj is located between the town of Tkon, where there is a ferry port, a market, a fish market, a pharmacy and a clinic, and the town of Pašman, so it is nice to walk along the sea to one or another center with authentic restaurants and other facilities.

The land is suitable for all types of construction. Access is provided by two streets.
