Pašman, Kraj, building land for sale, currently native olive grove, regular dimensions approx. 60 m x 13.2 m, surface area 796 m2 in an excellent location, only 200 m to the most prestigious sandy island beach "Tratica". The beach is equipped with showers, playgrounds for children and adults, and bars for socializing and fast food. There is a sports and fishing harbor right next to the beach. A few hundred meters to the southeast, a new small nautical port with sea and land connections is being built in addition to the existing small shipyard and boat service. From Tratice beach to the northwest is a Franciscan monastery from the 14th century, in front of which is another port. The village of Kraj is located between the town of Tkon, where there is a ferry port, market, fish market, pharmacy and clinic, and the town of Pašman, with the best restaurants and taverns on the island, so it is nice to walk along the sea to one or another center with all other facilities.
