MULTI-RESIDENTIAL BUSINESS BUILDING IN THE CENTER OF SLOVENSKA BISTRICA

The multi-apartment building on Partizanska Street has a rich history. As early as 1917, the older part of the building was designed for catering, room service and trade.

Between 1959 and 1993, when the business part with the inn and shop was nationalized, the room-building activity, which had been present in the house since 1939, further developed and increased. During the mature life of the nationalized facility, which was owned by the municipality, many activities were carried out, from catering, roomkeeping, trade in fabric and customs goods, photography, confectionery, manufacturing, to teahouse, watchmaking, TV mechanics, shoemaking, printing and office activities and warehouses for various purposes.
