This large fully furnished 2 bedroom cottage, both with en-suite bathrooms is beautifully situated at the top of a koppie surrounded by huge rocks. Sliding doors from both bedrooms lead out onto the patio with magnificent views over the estate. There is a small sitting area/dining room/kitchenette in the cottage. The two bedrooms each have large beds with mosquito netting, large cupboards and sitting areas. The bathroom is spacious with basin, toilet and a huge shower.

Tenants will have access to use the swimming pool.

Leopard Rock Nature Reserve is a unique and picturesque estate, covering 760 hectares and home to only 45 owners. The reserve also has a beautiful picnic spot, which provides a place to enjoy a coffee after an early morning game drive or a sundowner in the evening, residents can also enjoy walking and cycling. The reserve is home to a wide range of wildlife, including Wildebeest, Zebra, Giraffe, Kudu, Klipspringer, Warthog, Nyala, Sable, Waterbuck, Eland, Sharpe’s Grysbok, Brown Hyena, Civet, Genet, Honey Badger, Dassie, and many bird species. Nomadic visitors such as Wild Dogs and Leopards are occasionally seen.

Leopard Rock is situated 32km outside town.
