House Description

This house is situated on a corner lot and features a recently renovated thatch roof, along with a separate double carport that also has a newly renovated thatch roof. The property boasts established gardens, with a paved walkway leading to the back door.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and includes an extra door leading to the patio, allowing the potential to rent it out as a separate room. The full en-suite bathroom has also been newly renovated and provides ample space for storage. The main bedroom is tiled, includes air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and offers a spacious layout with views of the garden and golf course.
