Pomjan is the highest village in the Šavrinsko hills, from where there is a beautiful view of the Šavrinsko hills, Vanganelska valley, Koper bay, and the peaks of Čičarija. The village is less than 13 kilometers away from Koper.

The house is located in the picturesque center of the village. It was created by adapting an old, stone Istrian house.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a dining area and living space, as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, which leads to a covered terrace, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The attic offers space for the arrangement of two additional rooms. The covered terrace in the courtyard provides a space for pleasant socializing and relaxation.

There is a well-maintained central electric heating system, but two air conditioners are completely sufficient for heating since the house, due to additionally insulated stone walls, excellently retains heat in winter and provides pleasant coolness in summer.
