6200 m2 plot of land in Chão de Meninos, São Pedro de Penaferrim, Sintra, with the possibility of construction, in one of the noblest streets linking to the town centre, with unobstructed views. 

A Prior Information Request (PIP) is currently being approved, in which a preliminary study has been carried out for a single-family house.
The proposed single-family house has a total area of 509.73 m2, a gross construction area of 373.19 m2, a footprint of 282.08 m2, 2 floors, a basement and a swimming pool.According to the topographical survey carried out recently, the real area of the land is 6,512.00 m2, which was considered for the purposes of submitting the PIP to Sintra Town Council. 

The proposed occupation corresponds to a 2-storey single-family house with a basement to be located in the area classified as Housing Space 2 in the Sintra PDM Planning Map, the area in question corresponding to 980.86 m2, and is located next to the road where the road access to the house is established. In the Housing Spaces 2 class, the PDM regulations do not define specific urban planning parameters, with the exception of the applicable minimum permeability index (0.30). 

No occupation of any kind is proposed for the remaining 5531.14m2 of land located in Natural Space 1.
