This is an outback property with a lot of potential. The main river Sierpe and the different tributaries and canals make the area a world class fishing destination also bird watching and general nature tourism.

Starting at the Rio Sierpe this working cattle ranch is made up of many acres of natural river delta that houses several different species of birds and animals of all kinds from sloth's, monkeys, cayman and jaguars.

There is a natural ridgeline of mostly cattle pasture that begins at the edge of the delta lands, elevates and extends through the property giving the it the ability to build in many areas. From this ridge there are 360 views of the entire area from the surrounding pasture lands and river delta and the coastal mountains and beyond.

The land continues from the delta lands and connects to an elevated forested jungle mountain ridge area that gives the property public road access to the paved road in the Los Mogos area above. The municipality is going to open this access soon giving this property vehicle access.

In the mountain sector of the land is made up of mature forest and is connected to large tracks of Primary forest. Thriving With Wild Life The protected lands of the Laguna Sierpe are just over the ridge. This area of the property has year around springs that give the clean fresh drinking water.
