Tkon, Pašman Island, detached stone house with a large garden 30 m from the sea

On the property there are two connected houses for adaptation, floor plan area of approx. 200 m2.

Through the ancient stone vault you enter the yard where there are storage rooms and the entrance to the house. On the ground floor of the house there are three spacious rooms and a hallway. On the first floor, which is reached by a stone staircase, there are three rooms and a bathroom and two more rooms in the extended part of the house. All rooms have a sea view. The ground floor of that extended part now houses storage rooms.
