Casa Saada (Happiness in Arabic) is situated on a lot full of tropical plants and a sparkling pool surrounded by a protecting wall that contains the soothing feeling of an oasis. In addition to ample counter space and lower cabinets, there is a separate pantry, with room enough to store the contents of a small supermarket. The pantry leads to a laundry/maintenance room where there are the washer/dryer, water heater, and electric boxes.

Also on the main floor is a guest bathroom, one of the five bedrooms with a suite bathroom, a family room and the master bedroom. This master comfortably fits a king-sized bed and features the third sliding doors to the pool area. A large walk-in closet and very spacious en suite bathroom with double sinks, exquisite tiles, and double rain showers completes the master suite. A lovely feature is the shower windows that look out to the tropical garden just outside.

Walk up two short flights to the second floor and come upon the open alcove suitable for an office, a creative studio, or a second lounge area. It comes with a charming balcony from which the mountains are clear in the distance. Three more bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms complete the second floor.

Yet the likely place everyone will congregate is the back patio and its several different areas set up to enjoy the gorgeous tropical garden and the inviting and refreshing plunge pool with length enough for short laps. It truly is an oasis comfortingly wrapped within the solid, privacy walls.
