HOA dues will be set at US$200.00 per month for villas participating in the rental pool and US$400.00 per month for villas not participating in the rental pool.

Right now, you can hold a lot with a Reservation Agreement and a fully refundable US$10,000 deposit. This deposit can also be moved to another lot/villa, or you can walk away at any time.
