The location of the planned neighborhood is special because it is located on Mrvarjev hrib above the regional road and on the edge of the city, and from it there is a view of the distant Trška gora in the north and the nearby neighborhood of Regrška Košenica on the east side. On the western side, the terrain descends towards the settlement of Škrjanče near Novem mesto. The location is 10 kilometers from the Novo mesto East motorway junction and only 3.5 kilometers from the old town.
At the current stage of development, the project is being sold exclusively as a whole.
