On Delavska Street in Celje, we have available for rent a storage space with a total gross size of 600 m2 (552.6 m2 of usable area) in a ground-floor business building. Access is via an asphalted road and is also possible for larger trucks.
The new automatic liftgate provides access for all goods vehicles for the delivery and removal of goods, and parking for cars is provided in front of the building. The corresponding proportional share of the land in front of the building is 260 m2.
The building was built in 1966 and has a concrete construction. The ceiling height is 3.6 - 3.8 meters. Partition walls in the office area are made of knauf (possibility of rearrangement). - The rental agreement is concluded in a notarial document with split payment;

- The lessee undertakes to pay part of the agreed commission in a one-time amount of 2,000 euros + 22% VAT;
