Spodnje Hoče; in the industrial zone, we are renting a new warehouse space with a net floor area of 997.80 m2, dimensions (25m x 40.40m x 6.5m) on a fenced asphalted plot of 1,430 m2.

There is also an option to rent a larger part of the plot up to a maximum of 3,500 m2.

Access for freight vehicles is arranged.

The door to the warehouse space measures 4 x 4.5 m.

At the tenant's request, a smaller office and sanitary facilities can be arranged in the space (arrangement possible only with a long-term lease).

The warehouse hall can accommodate 700 pallet spaces in racks and 120 pallet spaces on the floor.

The electrical connection power is 3 x 50 A. If an increase in connection power is requested, it is possible.

Immediate occupancy is possible.

Rental conditions: the rent is €9,500.00 + VAT/month + electricity costs, a security deposit in the amount of two monthly rents.

The tenant assumes part of the cost of executing the rental legal transaction, which includes the following actions of the broker: participation in drafting the lease agreement, conducting the viewing, executing the handover of the property, and preparing the minutes, as well as the preparation and storage of photographic material amounting to €4,750.00.
