There will be a central hotel building with about 16 rooms, a dining room, a bar and a swimming pool. And we will build a dock off the front for better boating and swimming access to the Caribbean Sea. The property will be gated towards the main road with a welcome center/concierge/guest check-in area at the entrance.
Seller financing is available for this development up to 40% of the purchase price at 7% annual interest on a 15-year amortization and a 3-year term.
HOA dues will be set at US$200.00 per month for villas participating in the rental pool and US$400.00 per month for villas not participating in the rental pool.
Right now, you can hold a lot with a Reservation Agreement and a fully refundable US$10,000 deposit. This deposit can also be moved to another lot/villa, or you can walk away at any time.
