2.4m electrified fence in good condition.

500ha treated for bankrotbos and pluisiesbos. Fence growth has been treated with poison for last 3 years to prevent growth.

Entrance – 2x gate motors with keypads to control access.

Water – Waterberg, so sufficient water supply. Stream on southern boundary.
2x retaining walls (leaking enough to ensure flow throughout most dry seasons) and a lovely small waterfall are features.
Earth dam near entrance – fed by pipe from retaining wall above. Sealed with Bentonite. Stocked with tilapia.

2x boreholes on solar. Bottom pump electrified as well. The top pump not electrified, but compatible to run off electricity. Not tested, but boreholes estimated at 5,000 l/h & 2,500 l/h.

Bottom borehole pumps into storage dam above lodge – gravity feeds to Manager’s residence, Lodge and workers area. Electrified pumping from there to corner storage dam via a middle storage dam and house at the top in case of emergency.

The top borehole pumps into corner storage dam – gravity feed to house. The 4th storage dam is at the house for garden irrigation. This dam is fed from the corner dam, but mostly from water being pumped via a solar pump
