The electrical connection power is 3 x 50 A. If an increase in connection power is requested, it is possible.

Immediate occupancy is possible.

Rental conditions: the rent is €9,500.00 + VAT/month + electricity costs, a security deposit in the amount of two monthly rents.

The tenant assumes part of the cost of executing the rental legal transaction, which includes the following actions of the broker: participation in drafting the lease agreement, conducting the viewing, executing the handover of the property, and preparing the minutes, as well as the preparation and storage of photographic material amounting to €4,750.00.
