Hummingbird Hill is located at the Northern end of the island and commands the most breathtaking view of the ocean and the islands to the North. Around the corner from the stunningly beautiful Levera Beach, famous Leather Back Turtle nesting site, it is situated on over an acre of gently sloping land. It comprises the main building which has an open plan living/dining/kitchen opening out onto a large wrap around veranda, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and guest bathroom. Additionally, there are two separate cottages with en-suite bathrooms, ideal for holiday rental. There is a BBQ area with a staircase that leads up to a roof top encompassing 180 degree view of the Caribbean sea and Grenadine islands to the North. The garden boasts lots of different tropical fruit trees and plants including Soursop, Cashew, Mango, Sapadilla, Banana, Papaya and Citrus. Tranquility abounds at Hummingbird Hill. Approximately 15 minutes from the town of Sauteurs and 1 1/2 hours from the International Airport.
