The building was built in 1966 and has a concrete construction. The ceiling height is 3.6 - 3.8 meters. Partition walls in the office area are made of knauf (possibility of rearrangement). - The lessee undertakes to pay part of the agreed commission in a one-time amount of 500 euros + 22% VAT;
